Bitumen sealer that is applied onto the surface base and vertical edges before the application of asphalt or pothole repair. Strengthens the bond of the material to the substrate and waterproofs the area, significantly enhancing the reinstatement’s performance by preventing the ingress of water and the freeze/thaw effect. For use with Ultra Crete Pothole Repair (Code 6461J).
